ANALYSIS
Birmingham Housing Commission
We provided detailed research and secretariat support to the independent Birmingham Housing Commission, developing options for the future management of the city’s £8bn social housing stock.
Ipswich Waterfront Scenario Analysis and Growth Plan
We scoped and assessed a range of development scenarios for Ipswich Waterfront as part of the development of an overarching key sites growth strategy.
Haringey New Deal for Communities evaluation
We conducted a detailed summative evaluation of the £50m NDC programme, identifying overall progress and lessons as well as key achievements in relation to the health, employment, and environmental improvements.
Hackney, Hounslow & Hastings Big Local Projects
We developed detailed place profiles to inform the early-stage development of the Hackney, Hounslow, and Hastings Big Local projects.
Greater Manchester Inclusive Growth Network
We developed and facilitated the Greater Manchester Inclusive Growth Network on behalf of the University of Manchester
Waltham Forest High Streets Fund Evaluation
We carried out an evaluation, involving stakeholder and retailer engagement and customer research, of the London Borough High Streets investment programme.

STRATEGY
Margate Renewal Framework
We developed a long-term, holistic regeneration strategy for regenerating the deprived seaside town of Margate, creating a template that has been adopted by many other seaside and coastal areas.
Kidderminster Town Centre Strategy
We crafted a town centre strategy following extensive stakeholder engagement that set out the principles for an overall regeneration programme and site-specific investment and growth opportunities.
Peabody Thamesmead Plan
We developed the job, skills, and education element of the £1bn Thamesmead Plan, setting out long-term objectives, key workstreams, and how Peabody’s investment would be matched by partners.
Shinfield Community Plan
We developed a community plan for Shinfield Parish Council, including a specification and business plan for the
award-winning School Green Community Centre.
Kenley Housing Plan
We created a Housing Plan for the London Borough of Croydon setting out where and how local housing need would be met through new home delivery, development of the existing stock, and investment in infrastructure.
Sandwell Inclusive Growth Deal
We worked with stakeholders to broker an inclusive growth deal, building on existing economic strengths and growing the contribution of anchor institutions West Bromwich Football Club.

Swindon and Wiltshire Strategic Economic Plan
We authored the £122m Swindon and Wiltshire Strategic Economic Plan, attracting investment from a range of public and private sources.
Colchester Towns Fund bid
We developed an overarching growth and regeneration strategy for the future of Colchester that formed the basis of a successful Towns Fund bid for Colchester.
Runcorn Towns Fund &
Pride in Place bids
We generated over £95m in matched public and private investment through the Runcorn Town Deal and Pride in Place bids.
Lambeth Social Investment Strategies
We developed detailed investment strategies for the six largest housing estates in Lambeth to deliver extensive housing redevelopment alongside investment in social infrastructure and community development.
Oxford Investment Prospectus
We crafted an investment prospectus for Oxford, aimed at international investors in Oxford’s current and emerging growth sectors.
Tilbury Docks
We developed many successful funding applications to European funds including the £25m ESF bid for Tilbury Docks.

We carried out a detailed governance and delivery review for the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town, making recommendations for speeding and scaling up the delivery of new homes and associated infrastructure.

We completed a process and outcome review for the Thurrock Urban Development Corporation (UDC) on behalf of the UDC, council, and MHCLG.
Newcastle Strategic Partnership
We developed a cross-sector delivery plan for city-wide Community Empowerment Framework.
Duty to Cooperate Delivery Review
We engaged planning authorities across the country to develop a detailed picture of how the Duty to Cooperate was being understood and applied in different contexts, with recommendations for how support and implementation could be improved.
